Lunch among vineyards

Quinta de Foz Torto is a special project in Douro region. It was born from an old desire of a computer specialist in producing his own wine. The dream become true and today Foz Torto is a unique place in the vastness of Douro that the owner, Abilio Tavares da Silva, will be pleased to show, in a visit to the farm, to the old and new vines and to the garden.
In the end, we spread the towel under the olive tree and share our lunch as a picnic, made from local products. We also taste the Foz Torto’s wines, courtesy of the host. And depending on the weather and season, we can also taste some fruits from the garden.
